Not In Love With Your Purchase?
We understand sometimes things don't work out. We’ll gladly EXCHANGE unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, mail it back to us within 21 days of your order date for a full credit of the costs of the items onto a WORKSHOP gift card. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Exchange (in store only) or Store credit.
Once your item is received, approved and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and approved your returned item(s) and the details of your gift card. You can redeem online (or in store) and instructions on how to use it will be included.

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
If an order is placed using Afterpay and an item doesn't work out, simply mail it back to us within 21 days of your order date and the total cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a WORKSHOP gift card. We do not issue gift cards for partial payments, and you will still be responsible for the remaining payments to Afterpay from your original purchase.
Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Beauty items, haircare, and apothecary items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If 21 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Your original shipping charge is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item, choose any carrier you like. Please include your original invoice or order number in the return package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition: unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you and you will not receive a store credit.
We do not issue refunds.
